Domestic Shipping – Prepaid Orders
A standard shipping charge may apply depending on your order value, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. There are no hidden charges.
Domestic Shipping – Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected serviceable locations.
Additional COD handling charges may apply based on the order weight and delivery location. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
To ensure smooth delivery:
COD is available only for eligible PIN codes.
Maximum order value and weight limits may apply.
PalmRoot Naturals reserves the right to accept or decline COD orders based on service availability.
Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may result in the COD option being restricted for future purchases.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festivals, promotional events, or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
