Returns & Replacements
A return refers to the replacement of a product only in the following situations:
You receive a product different from what is mentioned in your order invoice.
You receive a product that is damaged during transit.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing your Order ID, invoice, product images, and package images. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, as applicable.
Product Authenticity
PalmRoot Naturals is committed to supplying genuine, high-quality natural products.
If a customer can provide a valid laboratory test report from an FSSAI-recognized or NABL-accredited laboratory proving that the product is adulterated or not authentic, we will provide a 100% refund after verification.
No Return for Customer Ordering Mistakes
Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged, or refunded after they are placed.
Please review your cart, product selection, quantity, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for:
Wrong product ordered by the customer
Incorrect quantity selected
Wrong delivery address provided
Change of mind after ordering
Incorrect payment method selected
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
A wrong product was shipped by PalmRoot Naturals.
A damaged product is confirmed after verification.
The product qualifies under our authenticity guarantee.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit depends on your bank or payment provider.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
Be unused and unopened.
Be returned in the original packaging.
Include all labels and accessories (if any).
Not be tampered with or damaged by the customer.
Replacement or refund will be processed only after successful quality inspection by our team.
Product Images
Product images displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in color, texture, packaging, or appearance may occur due to natural ingredients, lighting, or packaging updates without affecting product quality.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing:
Correct delivery address
Valid PIN code
Working mobile number
Accurate email address
PalmRoot Naturals will not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Product Defect Claims
If you believe a product is defective, please contact our customer support with:

Invoice copy
Product photographs
Clear description of the issue
All claims will be reviewed by our quality team. The decision of PalmRoot Naturals regarding refunds, replacements, or product defects shall be final.
International Orders
For international shipments:
Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.
Customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
PalmRoot Naturals is not responsible for delays, returns, or confiscation by customs authorities.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for shipments held or rejected by customs.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Therefore, orders cannot normally be cancelled or modified once placed.
In exceptional circumstances, if PalmRoot Naturals approves the cancellation of an unshipped order, the company may issue a store credit or coupon of equivalent value, valid for a limited period. Monetary refunds may not be applicable.
